The law of the jungle is a nasty thing. Obtaining compensation or a pension is extremely complicated. Moreover, it can take years for such cases to be resolved.

If I can provide legal help to a weak party, I see myself as being on the right side.

In most cases, the other party has the upper hand financially and simply refuses to provide services that are actually owed.

That is why I do not represent insurance companies, but rather provide my expertise and support to insured persons who are entitled to daily allowances or pensions or who, as injured parties, wish to assert financial claims.

I also take on cases involving people with limited means who cannot afford to hire a lawyer and do not have legal expenses insurance. In such cases, I check whether free litigation or free legal representation is possible.

I provide transparent information and keep you up to date on all steps and developments. This way you can reliably follow the progress of events.
